The customer service at Carlo's is consistently friendly and efficient, making every visit enjoyable. Their Italian subs, cannolis, pizza, and breadsticks are all delicious options to try. Carlo's stands out as the best pizza spot in the area, offering quality food at reasonable prices.

Would really rate it 0! We ordered pizza and 30 piece buffalo wings. First appearance it was barely any buffalo sauce and a smell. First bite PINK, RAW, TOUGH chicken. I called the store and they immediately denied us even ordering, THEN we spoke to the manager and called to let them know the chicken was raw. He Daniel (store manager) argued with us that the chicken isn't raw because he packaged them himself"¦ I asked can we send proof of it being in fact RAW he said it wouldn't change anything because he knows for a fact it isn't raw. We went back and forth for about 10 min until he gave us his number and he offered the owners number to leave a complaint. Daniel LIED and gave us wrong numbers lol. It's just terrible customer service. Honestly had he actually received the complaint it would've been fine and we could recooked but the fact he argued and kept lying about how he knows it's not raw and gave us the wrong info to give a complaint is unsettling. You should NEVER be okay with feeding people raw food then denying it. Hopefully none of the kids get sick.

There Chicago style pizza is great, wings are big and juicy, hot subs are toasted not microwaved, the staff is very friendly and courteous
I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone!
