The chili cheese bread bowl with a hot dog was delicious, and the gyro I ordered was juicy with a soft pita that maintained its warmth during my drive. The fries were crispy and served separately to avoid sogginess, and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming, making it an excellent choice for a quick meal.

Went thru drive thru today....2 Caesar salads...asked for dressing on the side...got only one..other salad had watered down dressing.... Pita bread was hard like rock. Never go there again..oh yeah they didnt give me a receipt...called them said the were sorry !!! I always get receipt..do not how much you charge me???

Ordered 3 items off online menu. Total per menu should have been 18.20. I paid at pick up window 28.59. I called and was told online menu hasn't been updated. Poor business practices. Prices raised by 10 dollars for 3 items that weren't worth half that. If you going to have an online menu update the d thing. Never again.

Friendliest hard working people . Great community gathering place. Almost all the customers are regulars. Kinda like the old neighborhood bar but with coffee and food instead.

This place is the worst kind of awful, the lack of management is obvious in the awful service they provide From waitress to cook. The things that came from their kitchen will haunt my dreams and my life is forever changed with the knowledge that somebody would intentionally give this flavorless garbage to another human being.

We always stop in on our way back to Canada from Detroit. Always have good, solid food. Burgers are good with nice size pattys, rather than small ones you get at fast food joints. Good value for money and always have good service from staff like Audrey, who has served us on the last three visits. would recommend to any of our friends. the girls are pleasant, smiling and refills come quick on coffee. will be back first chance we get.

Worst place to go. Went there for lunch service was HORRIBLE. Waitress just dropped the food off and didn't see her until it was time for the bill.no refills or anything Will never go to this restaurant again

I am absolutely shocked as a business owner in the city of Richmond for 23 years, that this place has stayed in business. I always said through life if I know more than the guy working for me I don't need him. But every restaurant in Richmond has better coneys than teds, even the gas station! I'm sorry to say I have tried just about everything on their menu, hopefully this review will keep people from being disappointed. It's a shame to see such a Beautiful building go to waste, to such a horrible restaurant! I Know with that building I would have the best around, if you can't cook maybe you should hire someone that can.

Very disappointed..My husband had a full glass of ice water dumped on him and was told to go to the restroom to use the blow dryer...they brought him a bunch of napkins..he was soaked and sat and ate his meal being uncomfortable...he was not offered a free meal or even a discount ..was just given the bill and said have a nice day...Not good business at all...

This place SUCKS!! And so does their management Seth in Particular. They have gotten my order wrong so many times you would think I know better!! I have gotten more free food because of their mistakes, then food I have paid for!! They say they cant find good help, I say find new management!! I have gotten food on dirty plates, waitresses are rude!! Enough is Enough!! Seth's answer is more free food cooked wrong!! I told Seth I would not order form there anymore he said that's ok!! I SAY SEE YA!!

I had breakfast there this morning. The food was passable b uty nothiong to write home about. Neither my waitress nor the waitress who rfefilled my coffee were very friendly. Neither of tghem smiled and when would barely acknowledge my thank yous when they served me. They both acted like it was am imposition for them to wait on me. I won'tg be going back.

Went here the other day and this manager that we saw was treating the waitresses like garbage... I believe his name is SETH... That was almost enough to cause me not to come back but in regards to the food , I have now even more reason not to come back. I was told that their chili is made up of OLD NASTY GREASE which must be true because not even a half hour after I left I was on the toilet hacking it up! I complained to the manager in question in this review and he could really care less about our issues. VERY RUDE MAN! Will definitely never set my foot in teds again!!

Within an hour after having 2 Coneys and Chili Fries I felt bloated; but later, after spending 3 hours during that evening over the porcelain bowl tossing it back up, I felt pretty good. Highly recomended for the intestinal cleansing.

The cook at this place (don Brennan) is filthy I used to eat here often but there is no way I would let this dirty guy cook my food!!! FYI known drug user
