The dishes at Al Sultan offer great value and are accompanied by excellent service. The mixed grill for one and garlic sauce are particular highlights. The restaurant's ambiance is welcoming and the food consistently delivers on flavor and quality.

Okay, let me preface this by saying I've ate here for years and LOVED this place.
That being said....yesterday I got a huge order, which included a chicken shawarma...I've never in my life had to deconstruct a chicken shawarma. That day was a different story, it wasn't grilled, the pita was literally soggy....it was filled with soggy tomatoes? And pickle chips??? I'm sorry...where does a shawarma come with soggy tomatoes and pickle chips?
It was to say the least...disgusting.
Don't order that.
Seriously.
The garlic sauce tasted weird....idk what was in it...
Everything was off.
To top it all off the guy taking my order over the phone was blatantly rude, and my sister said I shouldn't even go pick the food up because of how he sounded ...she was honestly right...what a complete waste of money.
I used to RAVE about this restaurant to everyone, people from out of state, anyone who asked...I heard they changed owners.....it's obvious.
You guys are losing my business....I live in Dearborn....and I STILL drove there to buy your food...
You got me this time...never again.

This is the best middle eastern restaurant I have ever eaten at. When I come into this area I always eat there. Everything is delicious, the owner always greets his customers, staff fast and on the ball.
