Since the ownership changed at Lim's Star, it has quickly become my family's go-to for Chinese food. We love the takeout and dining experience, and my kids are always asking to visit again. The food is consistently delicious, and the friendly service makes it even better; I can't wait to explore more dishes on the menu!

Today was my first time to order from Lim's and i have to say this is the very BEST chinese I ever had!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am shocked and disgusted at my meal and the service I just received from this restaurant. I now know why the parking lot is always empty when I drive by. I ordered beef and broccoli without the broccoli. I got exactly what I ordered, yet the smell of the meat made me sick to my stomach. I ate the rice and asked for another coke after paying $12.00 for a meal I couldn't eat. When I asked for another drink, the waitress had enough nerve to say "NO"! I understand policy might be no refill, but after paying for a meal I didn't touch I surly wouldn't have an issue paying $2.00 extra dollars for a refill on my coke so I could take my medicine with my meal!! When I complained the waitress just shrugged her shoulders and walked away! You don't get this treatment from McDonalds....

I called to speak with the manager and she didn't seem to have an issue with how I was treated or even an apology.!

Please do yourself a favor and eat at another Chinese Restaurant. I recommend Dynasty, which is a few feet down the street in the Kroger complex!

Lim's Star is one of the best Chinese restaurants I have ever eaten at. The outside does not look like much, it is in a strip mall, but the inside is Chinese. The service is great and the food is fantastic. When my wife and I first got married it was close by. Now we live over 70 miles away but when we are in the area we try to go for lunch or dinner. You really need to try it.
