All associates are friendly, helpful and provide wonderful customer service. The food is Absolutely DELICIOUS! Food portions are great, orders are perfect and service is ALWAYS with a smile. Mookey's smells like Heaven and it's obvious they LOVE cooking and making us happy. Thank you Mookey's 😘♥ï¸

So I waited 45 mins for smothered pork chops dinner. Both pork chops were just fatty. I got a side of white. They didn't even drain the water out the rice smh. The food was disgusting for the high prices.

I just went there for lunch January 28, 2021. I ordered the two piece Ocean perch lunch special with red beans and rice and cabbage. The fish was so salty that I could barely eat it. Even the red beans and rice were salty. They need to lighten up on the salt. The cabbage was good and not too salty.

This is the best place it makes me feel that I could cook this I just don't have the time. We are to help each others in all that we do. But we must support Mookey's Beans and Greens thank God we have them here in our area. keep up this home cooked meals I be will back many times you'll see me on Friday's for my Fish.

I just called trying to place an order about 4 times. The people that answered kept hanging up on me. the last time they said they were going to put me on a database. Well now they ar on my data base. I will cook my own. Peace out.

The Southfield Michigan are poor they have there custom wait 2 hours and didn't give there right food

During a recent visit to Michigan, we stopped by Mookeys and thoroughly enjoyed our food. The customer service was great and we plan to return again sometime in the near future.
Supporting local small businesses is essential and criticism is imperative for their survival.
Great food and great job ladies!

I came from across town to try mookies and I can say the food was just ok. Nothing to shout about and most definitely not worth traveling across town for. But the thing that stood out was the poor customer service. The young girl that waited on me needs to reconsider her occupation and the owners should reconsider the employees that represent their establishment!

Food was awful! The Mac and Cheese and greens were oily and bland. The cake looked appealing - and that was about it. The taste was bland; worst than store bought. Corn bread was tasteless as well. Save your time, money and health. I ended up throwing the food away. Wasted my money. I can say the service was nice.

I had it for the first time on Wednesday July 17. The place reminded me of being in a basement with food setup. Prices are ok & the food is ok. Nothing to get excited about. When places accept cash only it just raises questions. To me nothing beats southern fires food.

First time there 2/25/13. Will not go back. Pulled up menu online. Said it had lunchb3ox special for $4.99 until 3pm after 3pm $5.99. I meat, two sides. I had $9.00 on me. When I got there to order they said the website had not been updated and the lunchbox dinner stopped at 3pm. I ordered rib tips, cabbage and greens. Had to go to car to scrape up the $11.65. Only came up with $11.45. They only take cash. I had money in bank. I asked the girl if I could owe her th .20 cents. She put the balnance in. When
I saw a friend outside, they went in and gave her the change. I was looking forward to that food, I was disappointed. Rib tips were mostly bones. Greens, cabbage, not so good. Corn bread crumbled at the touch. Will not hurry back there.

This food is INCREDIBLE! You MUST try the fried corn. So unique and absolutely wonderful. Only one table, so don't plan to eat in. GREAT value. Staff could be a little friendlier, I mean we are supporting their family business as customers.
Honestly I don't care if they were yelling at me and telling me to hurry up and make up my mind... I would STILL go there.
Right now I drive about 35 minutes to get there. I hope they stay around forever!
