Just got home from Andiamo West Bloomfield, my wife and I have been going there for over 20 years and have always been pleased with both the food and the service. We experienced the worst service ever tonight. Our server brought all our food at once, appetizers and our main dishes. When questioned she said she thought we wanted all our food at once, who in the world does that!! It only went downhill from there, she checked on us once, left all the dirty dishes on the table, never asked if we wanted a refill on our drinks. Finally after waiting for over 20 minutes after we were finished eating she finally came over to ask if we wanted dessert, usually that's a yes but not tonight. We were very disappointed in the service we received, the food was very good as usual but the management needs to seriously look at the training the wait staff is receiving and have a manager checking on how service is being conducted-very disappointing.

Arrived 50 minutes before closing. Expected to eat and be done by closing.
We were seated, given water and menus and then no one showed up to take our order. People around us were served, wait staff all around us but ignoring us.
We never did order or eat, just left.
