Universal Coney Island is a total lifesaver with delicious chicken salad that's always packed with flavor. The service is super friendly, and whether I'm dining in or taking out, the food hits the spot every time, especially that homemade ranch!

I love the food so much especially the burgers and chili fries the staff for the most part was very welcoming the cook was smiling like he loved his job so im gonna tell everyone that i highly recommend. To come enjoy your amazing food ty for a great experience.

Food horrible, service is awesome but the food is less to desired..taste like they put slice cheese in the omelets and they forgot to put green peppers and onions in the omelets and the gravy was cold..go somewhere else for the money because they over charge you if your not careful.

Rip off breakfast special $6.50 thats not a special thats a rip off all the other coneys I frequent are $5.50 max at least it was decent food wont be back though.A lot of better prices for the exact same #1 breakfast special dont know what happened over the course of a year when they were $4.00 dollars.

Called in a phone order. When phone was answered the lady said hang on and proceeded to talk about other workers and customers in a derogatory fashion with someone else in the restaurant. When she finally came back to the call to take the order we had to repeat the first item of the order four times and even phonetically spell it out for the person before being told that they didn't have a fried chicken sandwich even though its clearly on their menu. So disappointed with the service here that it will now be removed from our choices from now on as well as telling all our friends and guests we may have at our home about this deplorable experience. Wish I could give it 0 stars
