This Irish pub never disappoints with its delicious food and friendly service. I love the casual atmosphere and always enjoy my meals here.

Today, is Sunday April 25th, 2021.
I was on a mission... I had my 2005 Pontiac Vibe wagon, filled to the rafters, with boxes to unload at my "new" storage unit. There was a catch. The lock that I bought, (from the storage company), and put on the empty unit (after I inspected the unit) does not work- to unlock the unit!!! No.
So, after collecting myself, and on my way back, to my "temporary home"- I happened to pass "Kennedy's Irish Pub" in Waterford.
I have driven by Kennedy's a thousand times, over the years. They've been there since 1972. I am so mad that I never looked-up their menu before- till I used this site!
Their menu is incredible! I had to study it for a while- so many choices!
Ultimately, I decided to get the "Bleu Cheese & Green
Olive Burger" , w/ fries!
You heard it right! Sounds unusual, but think about it- bleu cheese stuffed olives are put in martini's!
When I called to place my to go order, the Bartender was very courteous. She asked how I wanted it cooked? Now, I knew I was in for treat! Rare, please. 10 mins.later, my burger, fries, w two sides of mayo., and a large Coke- were waiting for me.
Let me tell you,
I AM NOT EXAGGERATING, WHEN I SAY, "THIS IS, THE BEST BURGER I HAVE HAD, IN YEARS"!
PERFECT.
CHARRED RARE. THICK. BLEU CHEESE MELTED, TOPPED WITH THOSE GREEN OLIVES. BEST YET, IT ALL HELD TOGETHER! HOT FRIES. WARM BUN WAS THE "ICING ON THE BURGER".
My new, "go to spot"!
