07/05/2020 - Disappointed Greek
I'm not one to comment on restaurants, but I could not let this one go. We looked at the menu and PRICES prior to visiting only to find out we were charged the prices they charge at the Greektown restaurant. I thought the bill was a bit high and mentioned it to the waitress who was very apologetic asked if we wanted to speak to management. We declined and only wanted to get out of there. I ordered the 5 lamb cops, well done. Three were cooked well but two were basically medium. We said something and the only charged us for the three, which was nice of them. When they brought us the bill, that is when I realized the difference in pricing. I came home and looked at the prices again to make sure I did not make a mistake and sure enough the prices at the St. Clair Shores location were lower but the prices in Greektown are the higher ones and that is what we were charged, I understand the disclaimer that 'prices are subject to change' but it would of been embarrassing if we brought just enough money to cover the meal and a tip only to have a surprise at the end. At least warn customers or change the prices on line so customers know what to expect.
