I found a new Thai restaurant that exceeded my expectations in both quality and service. The menu had a variety of delicious options, and the atmosphere was clean and inviting.

When this changed names to Phuket Thai it has gone down terrible. We have been eating Bangkok Cuisine for many years. Never had a complaint. We always get Pad Ped, Now you get mostly bamboo shoots, smaller pieces of onions and peppers. Suppose to have eggplant in it and the last three times we have ordered it we were lucky to have had three pieces in it! My husband quit ordering the scallop and went to chicken because they gave him four in a dinner meal. The red peppers tasted spoiled had to take out of meal. My niece came for dinner with plans of ordering from Phuket Thai, in which we did telling her it's the same as Bangkok Cuisine. She was so dissatisfied. Said this is no way close to Bangkok Cuisine. I won't ever order from here again. So now that is four of us that has been very unhappy! Also the to go orders are getting to be less. We ordered three meals and only one was filled more then over half full. Now we are in search for a Thai restaurant! Honestly so sad because this was one of our favorite and to go to restaurants! Close, friendly, and appearing clean! But that does matter when the good isn't what it should be. Saying that because I know what it was!! 😢😢😢😡

Had a carry out and it was so so. Paid for shrimp to be added to my dish and only got 3. Called to inquire and was told when you add shrimp you get 4. No apology for my missing shrimp or any other compensation was offered. Will not go again. The place is clean and friendly but the food is just ok. Have had better.
