My recent visit to Mr B's soul food left me satisfied with a delicious Sunday evening meal. The addition of my own cranberry sauce was the perfect finishing touch to my plate. Despite my struggle finding the Westland location, the exceptional customer service left a lasting impression on me.

The food was okay I will give it a 4. If you can't get authentic soul food I guess it would do. No flavor to the greens, dressing is stove top taste and oxtails was cut into tiny pieces, I was so disappointed not worth the price

Went to the new location on Inkster. Food was really good. We ordered 7 dinners and they were all good. When I was there the day before I was told that a small cobbler is free when you spend $50.00. The next day they said they don't do that. When my family stood back in line to order a cobbler she was told it does come free when you spend $50.00. No apology or anything. If she hasn't got back in line to purchase one they never would have told her. That's not cool. Like I stated the food was really good but"¦

I got a porkchop dinner that was dry thin and burnt and their greens and candy yams are extra priced.i woulda respected if they warned customers food is burnt.lost 2 customers.will not return

This restaurant is very unprofessional. I made a purchase with my debit card and they said the transaction was denied. I paid with cash and left the restaurant. Upon reviewing my account the transaction was debited from my account. I called the restaurant and told them that I wanted my money refunded. They told me that they could not prove that transaction took place and that I should take care of the matter with my bank. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THEM AGAIN!!!

how does a soul food place not bake there macaroni? it was like a soup, and it was terrible. the cornbread tasted like NOTHING at all. lastly, they put orange peppers instead of green peppers in the roast, ive never seen that. dont wanna see it again

I've been here several times and I've can only recount one negative experience, but I love the food and the customer service has always been above average. Good experience, good food. I highly recommend this place.

My first visit was a disappointment i did not receive all of my order and the meat portions were fried too hard too eat, had to throw out the food. I will not be back. Also customer service needs to be a lot better. I wanted them to be better but they were not.

Good food but workers have a very bad attitude won't go back
