Was dining at the Waterfront yesterday afternoon and the restaurant was busy. You could clearly hear Matt, the manager, screaming at his staff. VERY unprofessional. Instead of screaming at his staff he should try to help them solve the problem. Not sure if we'll be back 🤷

Went to this restaurant June of 2019 for my parents 62 wedding anniversary. Made a reservation ahead of time thinking it was a nice place for my parents to have dinner, the river view and food would be real nice. What a surprise ! After waiting 75 minutes and having multiple questions concerning it, our dinner finally arrived. The food was cold, the egg plant parmesan was actually crab cakes in marinara sauce and the lobster over cooked and cold. The meal was so bad that after all was said and done, the manager was so embarrassed that she comped the $160.00 bill. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Sometimes things are out of the waitresses control, she was very nice but the fact remains everyone from the waitress, kitchen people and management dropped the ball. Don't waste your time or money.
