They served me glass shards and did not care. After drinking from my water, there were loose bits in my mouth. I was horrified to find out it was broken glass from the big crack in my water goblet. We did not make a scene, we quietly told our server. The manager came over and muttered a half apology, more explaining how hot glasses can crack with cold water. He showed no empathy. When I showed him the glass bits that were in my mouth, he took them, shrugged and threw them aside. He could not of cared less.
To top it off, our server was very slow afterwards. Maybe she got in trouble and was mad and taking it out on us. Anyway, all the tables around us got served and cleared as we waited and waited. At the end she practically threw our paid bill at us.
There was no attempt to make things right, barely an acknowledgment that it happened. Shows how much they care about there customers.
