Always good products. I have been using Heritage for birthday cakes for longer than I wish to say. Good quiches, cookies, coffee cakes and strudel too. Very courteous staff.

Bought cake from case..dry and terrible...so many better bakery's around to ever go back to this place...the quality has fallen really fast.

This place is horrible! I needed a Mario cake for my son and had a hard time finding one, I found one here online that I really liked. Against my better judgement of using expensive bakeries,( i usually use costco and kroger)much better by the way! I ordered the cake in person a month and a half before the party and they told me someone would call me to confirm the cake order soon. I got the call about 2 weeks later and we discussed the cake and that it would be made for that Saturday as long I did not call and say otherwise. I wanted for Sunday but they are closed so I had to pick it up on Saturday. I go to pick it up and they do not have it! So it's 4:30 the night before the party and I need this cake. I have an almost 5 year old that would be so upset if he didn't get the cake he had been looking so forward to. They were rude and made it seem like I was the one who did something wrong. They had my info on there calendar, but not the cake info. Apparently it didn't occur to them to call me and say we r suppose this cake but no info. Nope, they just didn't make it! Then he made it seem like he was doing me a favor by making the cake anyway, and they still charged full price and did nothing to make the situation better nor did they seem to care at all! I wish I would have read the reviews before going there, they are not good. I will never go back and I will be sure to tell everyone I know how horrible this place is!
