Since the remodel, I used to be a big fan, but ever since the new owners took over, my enthusiasm has waned. The quality of the food isn't bad, but it's not as impressive as it used to be, with a noticeable shift in focus from quality and customer service to simply surviving through the challenges of the current situation.

I ordered a grill chicken salad from this place for my first time eating here. Figured it'd be a safe bet. I was wrong.
Instead of packaging the hot item (grilled chicken) separately from the cold items, they were layered on top. This made every morsel underneath wilted and inedible. No problem. Mistakes happen.
What drove me to this review was the complete unwillingness to a) listen and b) compensate me for a near $20 salad that I must now throw away. "We can't do anything about that, that's how we make our salads" is the jist of what I was told.
THE ASTOUNDING LACK OF COMMON SENSE TO NOT SEPARATE TEMPERATURE SENSITIVE ITEMS FROM HOT ITEMS IS ONE THING. THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILLINGNESS TO REMAKE OR REFUND THE ORDER IS UNFORGIVABLE.
There are better places to spend my funds.
