We have given this place way too many chances. The food is consistently wrong or awful. The spaghetti the past few times has been mush, look like and taste like baby food. The pizza is so greasy you can't eat it. The subs are always wrong and the baked ziti is burnt all the time. Delivery is so slow and this place is not worth the price or the wait. We used to order from here all the time when we moved here 8 years ago and the decline over the past 2 years or so has been awful, so disappointed. We will not be giving them anymore chances even if it means driving to Hillsborough or Roxboro for pizza or Italian.

Terrible customer service and food that is not even worth the trouble.
Ordered a chicken sub and got a steak sub instead. Went back to get the correct sub and they tried to tell me I ordered the steak when the receipt clearly said chicken on it. Asked for my money back given I would have to wait for them to make another sub and I had to drive all the way back there because they messed up in the first place and they refused to give me any sort of discount or anything for my trouble. Left with my money and no sub and I will never go back again. They did not even apologize to me. Prior to this, every time I ordered I would have to give my order over and over again until they finally got it down and then I was given a certain amount of time that my food would be ready and each time I would arrive and have to wait another 5-10 minutes for my food.

Love the place! I order and have it delivered and have never had a problem. I always get it when they say. I always get subs and they are super!!!

The food is OK, but every single delivery order has been wrong. Order 3 extra marinara's and you get 3 cups of ranch dressing??? Order extra ricotta cheese...you get NO ricotta??? Even if you get them to repeat the order back to you on the phone...it still comes to you wrong.
