If you're craving American-style Chinese food, this little treasure has you covered with delicious dishes and unbeatable prices! I've been a loyal fan for over five years, and even after moving an hour away, I still make the trek for their mouthwatering Chicken Wings and House Special Fried Rice. The friendly staff, who always seem to be the same three folks, might sound a bit rushed on the phone, but trust me, the food is always fresh and ready in no time!

I think there food is very good...pork fried rice is on point , I usually get the sweet and sour chicken with orange sauce on the side instead of the sweet and sour which they do for me ...haven't had any complaints about there food and I'm a picky eater ....hard to find good Chinese food but when the fried rice is yellow instead of brown I new it was going to be slammin

I work not too far and New Top China and eat there at least twice a week, on one occasion I ordered my lunch and went to pick it up this time the Shrimp with garlic sauce tasted a little differently than usual. I had to get back to work so I wasn't able to call at that moment.I spent a few times in the restroom after only a few portions eaten. I contacted the restaurant as soon as they opened the next day and informed him that the shrimp and garlic tasted a little different this time and definitely didnt agree with me but in the past it had been superb. He said he put a little too much vinegar in the dish on yesterday and thats why the taste was a little sour. I informed him that I had to throw it away and could I get compensated for a free lunch to use at another time, to my surprise he said no. I told him my friend and I order from him at least twice a week for lunch and you are willing to lose two customers over a $6.25 lunch compensation? He said he had 4 customers coming inside and he had to go... WOW! I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS ESTABLISH AGAIN! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, WILL NOT EAT THERE AGAIN.... THE CUSTOMERS KEEP THEM IN BUSINESS, I DONT THINK THEY REALIZE THAT,DONE WITH NEW TOP CHINA AND ITS POOR SERVICE

Rude..1. Rude (do not acknowledge customers), not friendly 2. Order hunan chicken no mushrooms they added them 3. When I took plate back to counter to explain I that I can't eat mushrooms because I'm allergic.. he tells me to calm down 3. When I return to counter for drink refill cashier says they do not have ice & cooks & cashier are laughing..uncomfortable situation. won't be back.
