The Italian beef sandwich at The Do Dodge in Eau Claire is a must-try - be prepared to share the generous portion of fries that comes with it. As a local bar that offers both food and drinks, it's not the place for a fancy dining experience, but the prices for the food and drinks are unbeatable. Despite the occasional shortage of staff, the service is friendly and efficient, with Bree standing out for her exceptional multitasking skills behind the bar.
