Well we ended up with prosciutto with hard yellow fat and leathery meat and upon asking they tell us some customers like it like that so they are between the rock and the hard place
the bread was hard and stale but they insist they have ZERO issues with their bread and that it is made daily. But they refuse to say what they do with the old bread and there was quite a lot of it.
So it is likely they make bread fresh daily but does that mean its only fresh bread on the shelves each day. They won't say!
