Love the service first time here and what can I say desserts are sinfully delicious 😋

I have been there 3 times. First two times service was great and the dessert and poutine were yummy. Third time we were seated and waited 15 minutes for someone to take our order, when the waitress came over she asked what we could like and we told her we hadn't been given menu's yet. She says " oh, we don't have paper menu's right now u have to use a QR code. Felt we should have been told that when we were seated. Next, we order our meals and desserts, we are served our desserts before the meal, we tell the fella " ummm we didn't get our meals yet", we then see him talking to our waitress. She comes over to apologize but it was back handed, " I am sorry you got your desserts before your supper but you guys didn't tell me that". At this point we're super frustrated, who in the service industry serves dessert first and then the meal.
We get our meals, the poutine is Luke warm at best and the steak and Brie sandwich appears processed. It's been a 35 minute wait, we're hungry so we eat. At the end of the meal and dessert we're sitting there waiting and waiting for the bill, I flag someone over ( not our waitress) and a few minutes later the waitress comes over and says she was on her break. We got the bill, we paid the bill, we even tipped ( I didn't want to be rude) and then the waitress comes back to the table and requests that we leave her a review. We didn't because she told us her name and wanted it mentioned, we didn't have a lot to say positive about this specific experience so we didn't write the review with her name.
