The Workshop Eatery offers a pricier lunch experience, but not too over-the-top. Be prepared to dish out $24 for a meal in 2024, but the bustling yet well-managed setting makes it worth it. The Short Rib Grilled Cheese sandwich was hearty and satisfying, although it leaned more towards pulled pork than short ribs. The Ginger Chicken Bowl was a hit, and while the service was a tad slow on coffee refills, the overall quality of the food and unique menu items make it a must-try.
