I would never go here. We placed a $250.00 deposit on a wedding with the previous management. When they were sold recently, Lori, the new manager called and asked how much we were quoted for the food, which I told her. Days later, she called my fiance and told her they were overbooked on that day, she could move us to another day a month later. We were upset, because we had out of town family and friends who had already arranged their schedule. We told her we would have to get back to her. She was very rude, my fiance was in tears. When I called her back, she wouldn't even let me finish a sentence. She seems to be the "my way or the highway type of person" I think she found somebody who would pay more for the food on that Saturday, so she already had decided to bump us. She told us if we want our money back we would have to talk to the old owner. Yeah, right. He would give it to us. After that, she would not even take our phone calls. Had she been courteous, had a legitimte reason for needing to bump us and helped us with a new date for our deposit, we might have stayed, but the management at Lancers club seems to not give a damn about anybody but themselves.

TERRIBLE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. ESTABLISHMENT PORTRAYS ITSELF AS BEING A CLASSY ORGANIZATION. I CAN BEST DESCRIBE IT AS A FINE MESS AND THAT'S PUTTING IT VERY LIGHTLY. EARLIER POST STATES MANAGER GILBERT RUIZ IS "GOOD". MUST HAVE MET HIS ALTER EGO. LANCERS CLUB, WORD OF MOUTH IS MORE POWERFUL THAN YOU THINK. PEOPLE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU CHOOSE THEIR CLUB TO HOST YOUR PRICELESS MEMORIES. THEY SEEM TO THINK THEY CAN PUT A PRICE ON YOURS.

mother's day brunch was great but service was bad. small table for 5, dishes not pickup. waiter attended larger parties (higher tip). 1 refill on drinks and waiter short term memory. too top it off, 20 percent service charge which explained the lack of service and for a buffet?
