I order my meal from my phone they had it ready and didn't commit any mistakes. I eat in there often, speedy service

Awful restaurant! We stopped in to this location on out 18 hour drive from Houston to Phoenix. Employees were obviously stoned on pot or booze. Music was turned up so loud that they could not hear us. Women's bathroom was filthy and flooded, when asked about it, we were just given a dumb stare from behind red eyes. I had to ask 3 times for them to turn down the music. Was charged $15 and change for 2 6" meals that were sloppy and one sub not toasted when we requested it. Diet coke was out of syrup. We have always been very loyal Subway customers in the past, now I will look for a Quizno's in the future. Perhaps corporate should drop in on the franchises once in awhile.
