A charming eatery with friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere, I indulged in delicious shredded beef tacos with rice and beans, complimentary chips and spicy salsas, and a scrumptious cup of soup featuring shredded beef, cabbage, carrots, corn, and cilantro, all amidst eclectic decor and welcoming service at Victoria's that left me yearning for more even after moving jobs.
