Enjoyed delicious food and a lovely atmosphere at Madeline's. The staff was attentive and the dishes were flavorful. Definitely a spot worth revisiting for a satisfying meal.

TERRIBLE SERVICE no apologies.
Management needs to be replaced.
20 minutes to get waited on. Then1 and a half hours for a philly sandwich and pork ribeye with double mash. Had the time so we stayed just to see how lousy it would actually be. People who were seated after us managed to get served. No one offered a comp or an apology. Owner should be ashamed and embarrassed.

Ordered Pittsburgh rare Texas tbone w mushrooms last nite, server said cook knows how to do it and I explained how to do it before she left our table. When she brought it , it looked exactly like they took it out of the package and plated it with 3 small mushrooms!!! Sent it back to be cooked and it's obvious the cook had no clue. I don't think they have the equipment to get steak to 6-700 degrees. Plus absolutely no flavor, bland, and Texas would NEVER serve a steak that small for $35. I don't know how you ruin broccoli but that was horribly bland also. I asked our neighbors to go with us and the warned us, they declined and now I know why. Worst dinner I've had in Etie region in 20 years, I'm done.

Madeline's is a great place to take your family for the night. It has unbelievable food and staff. This is definitely a family establishment.

We were there on August 16th and had a party of nine outside. I cannot say enough good things. I can't wait to come back. Madeline's was totally accommodating in every way. The service was outstanding. Our waitress really worked very hard to make all of us happy. The food and the atmosphere are excellent. The owner came over and talked with us. Everyone in our party agreed this was an awesome place to celebrate the two birthdays. There is room for children and things for them to do outside. We were there with a 12 year old and 3 year old and both were very happy. We can't wait to dine inside and experience that also.

Just finished my dinner from Madeline's that was actually delivered to my house (I live in Albion and no one delivers out here!) and it was wonderful!! This is the second time we have had Madeline's delivery in a week and the last meal we had was just as as good! The salmon is awesome. I had the sweet potato fries with it and they were great too. Tonight I had the Cajun shrimp mac & cheese and OMG--soooo good. Both times our order was here within a 1/2 hour and still hot!! Very impressive in my opinion. I will be ordering from them again. BTW--They have just opened their outdoor dining too which I heard is very nice.

I've eaten at this restaurant twice, because friends suggested it. The food is good, but expensive for what you are getting. Chicken dishes used only thighs and no breasts. The first time they had a very limited menu of both sides of a single sheet and the portions were skimpy. When we left we were still hungry. The second time the menu was much more complete and portions were bigger, which helped make up for the price. The service was good and atmosphere was pleasant, especially the second time with live music. I hope they continue to upgrade their menu. The previous owner had a more upscale menu and prices were more reasonable.

Great food and great service. The restaurant is really large and you have a ton of room. Would be perfect for a large party or private event!
