had the peppercorn ribs (a special) delivered. Payed $25 for half a piece of FAT. Couldn't cut it with a knife had to pull it apart with fingers! Mashed potatoes were good.

A year ago my fiance & I came here to eat a prime rib dinner. Right of the bat 10 min to receive a beverage is not a great start. After waiting over 1 hour the meals came cold and well done enough to break a tooth. So we return 1 year later and it happens again only this time waiting 30 min to get our salads watching everyone around us get their meals as we waited 45 min for ours. There were people that sat down 20 min after us received their salads & meals before we got our salads. The owner finally brings out the food by this time we have decided to leave. No apology from the owner she was kind of rude and had a little attitude remembering us from a year ago embarrassed beyond belief, as she should have been. What are the chances the same place the same meals the same problem. I would not recommend this outback to anyone poor service & ownership. We were lied to about why your meal took so long, but the worst part was no one tried to make it right and that's just wrong.
