I have been to Peppino's several times & everything from the phone call to make reservations, being greeted by the staff, service, and quality, taste & presentation of cuisine have ALWAYS been 5 star!!

Culinary delight! Unfortunately, back to back dining experiences which included special guest in my party, proved service not commiserate with quality of meal. This opinion includes the reservation phone call until the end of the evenings. Return visits will be rare and well planned. 5 stars for food. 1-2 stars for service. Polite comment regarding service was not received as an opportunity to improve. Instead, wait staff was offended and shifted to articulated impersonal service with hostile overtones.
