I came in tonight and ordered two large combo meals and some ice cream.specifically #1 & #4 with a rootbeer and a sprite, a cheese curd, and a med oreo/heath blizzard. Ordering was fight to get what i needed and my order was pretty basic. When we pulled up to the window i heard the drive thru crew member say " i have messed up ever order" i know cx serice and how hard it can be during training, and i asked my driver to wait before pulling away to check our order because i wanted to get what i paid for since my bill was $34 and never gave a receipt? And wanted to help with a training opportunity because he did seem super stressed and i wish i could have told him good job for working under pressure but i wasnt able to because the kid was overwhelmed. I felt sad to know DQ would treat their employees to spazz out in front of cx. DO BETTER DQ. I knew i had to have been over charged somewhere. Nope! In fact to my surprise We were missing a fry which was fought for us to be paid for due to us being wrong. The manager came to the window. Had no apology for the mix up, and she had the audacity to give us 2 ketchup and 2 napkins for the ice cream alone as a joke? Oh we also had to ask for 1 straw. I'm very displeased with the FACT OF SO MANY WRONGS FOR A SIMPLE ORDER.

Ordered 2 hot fudge sunday with chocolate ice cream and extra hot fudge. They are out of chocolate ice cream. Seems like they are always having trouble with the machine. So ordered only 1 with vanilla. Got to window, got extra fudge . Hardly a teaspoon of fudge. We did not get it . So tired of their price hikes and less quality of food. Also tired of some of the girls Attitude , like they hate working there. We are not going back there any more. Poor service, prices to hi.
