We have been here several times. Never have we had great service. Today we went there with a party of 3, we asked for a booth. They tried to sit us in a booth for 2. I said that wasn't large enough for 3, she stated that's what she was thinking but if we didn't take that, we would need to wait about 15 min, in an empty restaurant. We have had such poor service and not great food every time we have visited this restaurant I have to say, this will be our last time trying this place.

Took my family to BJ's 9/17/17. Things went bad to worse. Ask for a table, told it would be a few minutes. After 5 minutes 4 ladies walked and were sitted immediately, I questioned the receptionist and she said they were sitted in the bar and I told her she could have suggested that, the whole place is close to the bar. Said she was sorry and in 30 seconds we were sitted. Then grumpy waitress showed up. No hello, welcome, just what do you want?? Then BJ's was out of Bud lite, Coors lite, and does not offer Coke, just Pepsi, really. Then my husband order steak with baked potato, no bake potatoes. Big disappointment, will be many moons before I go back there or if ever.
