The service at Big Town Hero was exceptional, with a clean and inviting atmosphere. The food, particularly the tuna melt, exceeded my expectations and was truly delicious. However, some of the sandwich options like the Salad sub did not meet my standards, and the experience was marred by the discovery of a pepporicini stem in my meal.
