This used to be the go to place for Asian Chinese food in Florence. No longer. Quality, nature of dishes and especially sauces have suffered. Had my last meal from Chen's yesterday After years of patronage.

I live in Florence and I believe this is the best Chinese/American restaurant in our area. Not only that, it's very clean, which makes me happy.
