The Pork Tonkatsu sandwich from the cart I visited was incredibly delicious, prompting me to write this review as I savored each bite. The owner, who learned to make Tonkatsu in Japan, provided excellent service with a speedy delivery of my meal. The cutlet was perfectly light, showcasing the skill and expertise behind its preparation.
