Wow, that brisket was out of this world! So tender and juicy, practically melted in my mouth. The homemade baked beans were a hit too, full of flavor. My husband loved his combo plate with brisket and spareribs, and the potato salad was a nice touch. Can't wait to go back for more amazing BBQ!

Best hickory-smoked ribs in southern Indiana ! Jeff Ellison is a true pit master whether it's on the old brick pit or out on the road at bbq competitions. He can smoke anything-pork, chicken, ribs, mutton, & beef brisket-and smoke it with perfection. IF TLC IS LOOKING FOR A STORY ON BBQ THAT HAS BEEN PASSED DOWN AND SURVIVED MANY GENERATIONS, THEY SHOULD GIVE JEFF A CALL.
