I have noticed at times that their hours of operation can be a little inconsistent, but the food is so good that I still give it full stars. You also get very good size portions. If you're able to catch them when they're open, then definitely go for it!

Four of us stopped at the Aloha BBQ and were pleased with our food: reasonable cost and generous portions. I had the Kalua Pork (shredded smoked pork with cabbage)-- it was delicious! The kimchee that came with the meal was the very best I have ever tasted. (Even better than that of our niece, crackerjack cook who prepares Asian food for her Vietnamese husband.) Our waiter was friendly and the service was really quick.
There was Korean lady who, I believe, may have been the chef as well as a server-- she was welcoming and eager to please the customers. If we ever manage to get back to Fairbanks, this will be our first stop!

For the second time in a week, they are not open when the sign says that they are open. I called for a to go order and someone answered and hung up. What kind of customer service is that? Will never go there, even when they ARE open.
