After an adventurous day exploring Fairbanks and enjoying the 1950's vibe at C&J Drive In, my group and I were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food, excellent service, and nostalgic atmosphere that made for a memorable dining experience.

They have good food. The prices are cheap.I read some of the other reviews, many of which do not fit; Bacon burger supreme has three beef patties. They have delivery, is a plus no matter how long it takes. You guys are crazy! The prices are Bella cheap, and the food is great! Don't make the mistake and get the Alaska burger...u have to get the Alaska burger "surpreme". They have an extensive menus.

Bacon supreme burger a joke. Bacon lovers add 2 more sides of bacon to be considered supreme. Two paper thin patties (literally). Much thinner than big mac patty, thinner yet than white castle microwaveable burger.
Bacon cheeseburger also a joke. Microwaveable burger better. Had two bites and trashed rest.
(Note: Microwaveable burger not supposed to be highly valuable or desired)

Ordered a sandwich for delivery and when I took a bit I cut my mouth on a staple...yes a staple called to get my money back and the manager was rude and did not care. They would not refund me my money I suggest no one eat at this place ever!!

I don't care what the other reviews say. C and J's is good food. prices are normal, try find a burger and fries for cheap now days. the atmosphere inside is awesome and classic. As for the delivery time some times in Fairbanks when its busy every one can be a long while. try ordering a pizza Friday night and see how long it takes. people who write reviews tend to be rude and critical. its a good burger joint.

Called to order for delivery and they told us it would be over 2 hrs. They do deliver to the 1st badger road on the plus side because not many people do. But it's an 8min drive from town not a 2 hr drive! I could walk there faster then they can drive here!

Waited for over 40 minutes for lunch, wish I got the waitress's name. One, waitress .. just one waitress, knew how to spoil my lunch. The other two were great and picked up all her slack.

We recently moved to Fairbanks. I saw a commercial for the drive-in and definitely wanted to try it. My husband and I had a WONDERFUL experience yesterday. The food was AWESOME. (I'm actually craving it today!) It's a good thing that they don't deliver--I'd gain a ton of weight. Lol Can't wait to go back and try something else. :-)

OK i have been ordering from here for over 2 years and they know me fairly well by name.I have always thought that that while the prices were kinda high for some things, the food was AWESOME! Last time I ordered from there I was very dissatisfied with the quality of food. I called to talk to them and the manager argued with everything I said. The 3 complaints I had she countered with "I know that is not true because I ____ that myself. One of my biggest issues was that the fired veggie combo platter was lacking in the normal quantity and undercooked. All I got from them was disagreement and unwillingness to fix the problems. I have had one problem with the order being wrong before and they were eager to fix it and i am saddened by their reaction.

OMG the burgers are amazing with pickles and onion in every bite and the sauce is better than a bigmac.....the deep fried mushrooms are to die for as well.
