I had been there twice before our last visit we enjoyed our previous experience , but the third time was not good, our food was cold it took over 1 1/2 hrs to get our meals my grandbaby got cranky the restaurant was not busy, I order a couple of specialty drinks and the bar didn't have what was needed to make the drinks, the server tried to do
The best he could, there was other tables
That got there after us and they got their
Food before us! So our experience was not
Good at ALL!!!

We went to Mother's Day brunch at Pikes, the 10AM seating. The place was packed, we were okay with that. The lines for the buffet were out the front door--the buffet is located in the bar, so the line was very long and so was the wait.
We were enjoying our meal and chatting, around 11:15AM, when a woman who works for Pikes came to up and said the next couple booked for this table is here, you have to leave. Well that spoiled what have been a nice meal. We left, later we emailed Pikes with our concerns. Pikes email message said they would get back to us within 24 hours--that was a week ago.
We have taken Pikes off of our recommended list. We family and friends come to visit we will steer them clear of eating at Pikes and staying at the Pikes hotel.
