Waited over and hour to get a seat. Then we finally get seated and it's the worse experience of my families lives. Completely ruined the night and destroyed what should of been a great memory. After waiting for the hour to be seated we finally get set down and got our drinks, appetizers, and placed our orders. That was the last thing we would get, after that it was more and more waiting for an hour.
They finally starting bringing out food but they only brought out half the tables food. My father, step mother, and I would never receive our food. The server then asked if we would just like to take our food home. We not only had to wait 2+ hours for food we had to watch our other half of the party get and finish their meals.
We had to take our meals home and eat cold food. We asked to see the manager and she refuses to see us or even talk to us. She should be fired what kind of manager allows this to happen and can't even be responsible enough to even come an apologize or try to make it right. I will never return to this restaurant again. I would suggest going to a real steak house if you want a real meal and not get disappointed and made to starve and eat cold food.
