The grinders here are among the best meals in town, and the beer is reasonably priced, making for a fantastic dining experience. The service is exceptional, with staff members who genuinely enjoy their work, and the atmosphere is inviting and well laid out. I had the Mediterranean burger, which was my favorite, and while the wings could use a bit more crispiness, the overall quality of the food keeps me coming back.

I went in around 4:00 on a Thursday afternoon and waited over 15 minutes at the hostess booth to even have someone come to greet me! There were two other couples who came in after me who were waiting as well, who actually weren't as patient as me and left. Multiple employees SAW me but never came over to me. The bartender was eating a salad behind the bar and laughing with a few guys drinking beers, she kept looking at me but never said anything to me. A few hostesses were rolling silverware and playing on there phones at a table nearby and kept looking at me. Anyway, I finally had someone come up to me and asked if I were waiting for someone and I asked to speak with the manager, she replied "I'm the asst manager". At this point I was frustrated so I wanted to talk to the store manager. He said he thought I was a new hostess because I was wearing a black shirt! REALLY!! WHAT!! Can't believe it. All I wanted was a pizza. Unbelievable. He didn't even know who his staff was and everyone was too busy too even acknowledge me. They also lost the 2 other couples who stood and waited to be sat so in total 5 customers -- plus my 2100 Facebook friends that read a status post about this.
