We should have clued in when the parking lot was empty. The waitstaff was unfriendly and rude. The food was awful. The steak tasted like a boot and they only gave one piece of cornbread that was cut in two tiny pieces. I felt we were being watched from the bar by an employee in a window. The food was overpriced. Don’t eat here go to McDonald’s.

This place looks okay from the outside. But once inside it's dimly lit and cold. Everybody is wearing winter jackets while they are eating including us. They have a nice looking fireplace but it is unused, it's Friday night. The food is wicked expensive for the ambiance that you are treated to. The wait staff have no personality and are very glum. English is broken at best.

Disgusting, unprofessional, dirty and the food is terrible! We went on a day trip to Grand Canyon a party of 10, stopped to have dinner. We ordered fried zucchini it came out burnt we send it back never got new ones. We ordered burgers they were ordered well done came out raw, ribs were old, hard to cut and tasted horrible, shrimp was cold and rubbery, nachos looked like throw up, salads smelled like refrigerator and looked like slop, butter for baked potato tasted like dirty wet rag, bathroom was unsanitary, had a stick holding up sink, service was unprofessional and rude, bill was over $200, when waitress cane to asked if we needed boxes because we all left mostly everything on our plates we said no boxes food was bad, she replied with ok, ok. This place should close!

Food was average. Service average. We had a party of 5 which would be paying with 3 separate checks. None of us got a copy of our check. When we went check out They tried to charge my brother $30 for a $15 meal. I was over charged also. Wished we had checked their rating before we ate there 😡😡😡

To start the service was horrible. Grumpy waitress that never checked to see how our food was till we were done. Gratuity is automatically added even though they do not post it. Rattlesnake appetizer ssssssssssucked. Ridiculous portion and price. 3 small pieces of tempura rattlesnake with onion rings. Everyone’s food was dry and tasteless. If we weren’t so hungry we would have sent it back. Of course it helps to have a useful waitress to send it back to the kitchen anyway.

Enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. Steaks were cooked over juniper and had a lot of flavor. The sides were served family style and were the perfect amount. The cornbread and beans were delicious. Staff was courteous and checked on us often throughout meal.

My experience was a delicious succulent tender juicy steak and mouthwatering buttery potatoes and a historic and exciting southwest and Grand Canyon theme. It was only 20.00 bucks a dinner and it was worth every penny.

Yippie-ei-o!

We ate there yesterday (March 21), very disappointed and over charged. The steak was tough, cornbread and beans were good but not much of them. There were only two adults who are not picky eaters. The service was ok but they sneaked in a 15% tip to the bill and they were surprised when we questioned the total, once I realized it was a tip, it make the whole experience eating there bad. Poor food and poor service down not get rewarded with a tip. Serve better food and do your job the tips will come in larger amounts. P.s. the bathrooms could use a deep cleaning.

We ate there yesterday, November 30, 2020. The prices are very high for what you get. The steak was overcooked and tough. Flavor was fine, but the tiny servings of beans and corn bread were crazy. For two adults and one kid, we were served four tiny pieces of corn bread (one inch by three inches each). You would think that they would refill it or at least give enough for each person to have two tiny pieces which would be almost equal to one regular size piece. Oh no, they charge $4 to refill it. WOW! We are OK with the price if you are served reasonable serving sizes. To top it off they added the gratuity and our bill was $75 for three people! The service was not that good either. We would usually give 20% but when they add it on their own, 15% it is! NOT WORTH IT! Not delicious, below average. Well, the corn bread was the best I have ever had but they are so stingy with it. They would do better if they would give a little, corn bread is cheap.

Went with my wife. They beat us for 20.00 on the check. Had a semi tough sirloin two beers and an icebrg salad which came to 73.00! Stay away!

I was very displeased with the food here. My husband had the pork chops and they were tough. I had the ground sirloin steak which was dry. Furthermore, I really do not appreciate having a 15% gratuity added to my ticket for only four customers. I will never go back.
