They keep your card, don't answer the phone and pull it off the hook when you try keep calling. They serve freezer burned food and give the worst service I have experienced with any company ever!!! Every time I have a major issue I'm told that there's nothing they can do for me unless I want to pay twice for their error! They wouldn't give me the name of the manager and told me that if I wanted the correct items that I would have to pay again and they wouldn't take their mistake items back. If I was in charge, quite literally every single person at the camp verde location would be fired. The service there is criminally unacceptable!
