WOW what has happened to Rod's Steak House Went last night I am sorry to say it was the worst meal I have ever ever had Husband ordered prime Rib Med.Rare dry and not a bit of pink did I mention Dry, I ordered the Sirloin I have never ever had a sirloin that had been butterflyed but difficult to cut and impossible to chew as well as no seasoning at all nothing, I could go on but I think you get the meaning of this oh yes my salad was full of brown lettuce took 2 bites I would have gladly sent it back I would have gladly talked to our waiter had he ever returned to our table however after delivering salads a different waiter brought the main course and then was unable to get the attention of a waiter, finealy went to the cashier asked for a to go box so I could at least take the uneatable steak to my dog was handed a paper bag was never asked if everything was ok or how the meal was I wanted to speak to a manager about the lack of service and the poor quality of the food but no one was available We live in Prescott not only will we never return but we will advise friends and family DO NOT waste your time and money to go to Rods as it certainly is not a place to get a decent meal as not once was we asked how is your meal can I get you anything else etc etc apparently they do not care about return customers

We visited this place on June 24 while on vacation. It was undoubtedly the worst food and service I have ever experienced. I would recommend you go anywhere other than this place. The waiter took our drink order after about 15 min. I still haven't got the water I ordered. STAY AWAY
