I simply call and said to the manager pat.,"if my tomatoes and mushrooms were nasty on the salad I ordered (picked up in drive through) do you offer a discount."
Pat the manager told me first off you don't call me complaining when your food wasnot right. There is better was of handling it. And continued to just stick with the I am right don't talk to me like that attitude. I say the better way to handle is double check your order you are filling if you can't handle criticism like a manager should and at least feel bad the food was gross and that I even had to make the call. My only guess is she gets so many complaints she doesn't want customers to come to her store. When I asked for owner she said closest I would get
