Frank's had exceptional fish, but unfortunately, their downfall was poor service towards customers. It's a shame they didn't prioritize customer satisfaction, as their food was truly delicious. I hope to find a restaurant that serves similar recipes in the future.

This restaurant has been CLOSED permanently, and the building torn down.
