we had a group come in for breakfast, at 8 oclock. we didn't get our orders taken til almost 9 oclock, we got food at 9 30 it wasn't a good experiance

there was so much grease in mt roast beef dinner i pour it out into a butter cup and it fill it, took forever to get a glass of water, i didn't even eat my dinner looked so bad , and yes the waitress knew this all she said is I'm sorry , then didn't charge it right (over) i did try to tell her this and then she started to argue with me on what i order, I know what i ordered i show it to her, one of the waiters said he who take care of it (she should just had said that ) the manger said sorry and fixed the bill, i will not be back poor service and a very poor manger.
