Always a good meal

My daughter called Bamboos for a to go order at 8:30 and the rude employee on the phone said we don't take to go orders after 8:30 and my daughter said, what time do you have and she replied...8:30 and refused to take her order and we live only 10 minutes away. I called them and ask for the manager and she said it is their policy, my reply was it was 8:30 when my daughter called and the manager still refused even when her employee answer was 8:30 when ask what time it was. We have been in the restaurant business for many years and enjoy this establishment but after this we will go elsewhere. They should beware of opening another restaurant in Niceville with these rude employees as an example of their customer service. My daughter was trying to be nice by calling in a order so it wouldn't be closing time, try getting a name and phone number and calling the caller back to verify the name and order before you start cooking it! For every unhappy customer just remember that person spreads the word about the food and service!!
