I had an amazing experience at Blue Bayou during last month's Apopka Food Truck Round Up. The shrimp po'boy was delicious and generously portioned, and the red beans and rice on the side were flavorful and satisfying. The attention to detail, friendly service, and thoughtful amenities like the canopy made the whole dining experience enjoyable and memorable.
