Finally had some time to stop and eat here today. Walked in at 1:20 was sat down with my guest. Manager asked if we'd like something to drink. We reply yes and order two coffees. Five minutes goes by and the waitress brings us some menu's. Then the young gentleman comes over and asked if we needed drinks. I told him that we had already ordered them. Waitress comes back to see if we are ready to order. I responded not yet just a few more minutes. A few minutes later the waitress comes to take the order. At which time I inquired about our drinks. She apologize and had another server bring them to us. I plac my food order and so did my guest. Waitress didn't ask him w I wanted it cooked or the choice of cheese. Food comes to the table. My order came to the table hash browns only cooked on one side and it was like have a 6" flat potato chip that was cooked only on one side. Half slice of cheese and supposed to be served on a Kaiser roll. Was served on a soft hamburger bun. The manager came over and explained to me that he wasn't even going to sit us down because he and his staff were tired. He said that they were very busy this week. He then tried giving me a lesson and lecture on what a Kaiser roll and a hard roll are. Explaining that Kaiser roll's are soft on the outside and fluffy. All I wanted was a night ce experience and seriously got insulted. Never went to a place where the staff complains to the customers about other staff members and blaming increased business for poor food and service.
