The food here is fantastic, and I really should have listened to the owner about getting the large coconut noodle soup instead of two mediums; by the time I got home, the noodles had soaked up all the broth. I called to apologize for my mistake, and they were super chill about it, saying many customers don't listen to their advice and end up disappointed.

I regret not heeding the owner's advice to opt for a large serving of their coconut noodle soup instead of two mediums to-go. The noodles absorbed all the broth during the 15-20 minute drive back home, diminishing the overall experience. Despite my oversight, the soup was still flavorful, and the owners were understanding when I called to apologize for my mistake.
