The food truck at Uptown Scratch Kitchen serves up amazing dishes that are sure to impress. The Cuban sandwich was so delicious, I couldn't put it down. The shrimp and grits were flavorful and the portion size was perfect for sharing. Don't miss out on the rosemary fries - they are a must-try!
