If you’re thinking about going to Mariachiles.. DONT! We just got an order to go and they messed up our order of almost $60 and refuse to fix it. One order had an allergy specification to not put queso on it and to substitute it with the red sauce and they poured cheese all over everything in the box, Two other orders were spilling out of their boxes, One was supposed to be on soft taco shells and were on hard, which isn’t that big of a deal, but when I called to tell them our order was wrong they told me that they were NOT ABLE TO PUT A BASIC GROUND BEEF TACO ON A SOFT TORTILLA?? Which we got whenever we went there for dine in. Then when I asked if they could remake the one that was supposed to not have cheese because it was almost $15 and Its not like I was just being picky and difficult, I literally will not be able to breath if I eat it because of an allergy, they said they couldn’t because it was Sunday 45mins before closing and that if I still wanted it tomorrow I could order it again and come pick it up. Then said they do not have the money and cant afford to refund me and that there was nothing else they could do. A couple weeks ago we got an order to go and they gave us the complete wrong order and when I called and spoke to the owner she told me she would give me a store credit under my name and phone number and said we would have no problem to just let our server know I have a credit and they would handle it. We went a few days later to dine in and when it was time to pay the son of the owner told me that he would not honor what anyone said over the phone and told me that it was his mom and she didn’t know what she was talking about. After 30mins of arguing with him and him calling his mom he finally gave me the credit. So that’s why we decided to give them a second chance tonight, which was a huge mistake. Just thought I would warn everyone before you waste your money there. The “manager†Marc is extremely unprofessional and has no business running a restaurant.
